Diablo 3 patch notes january 20194/13/2024 ![]() Yeah, Matthew, what’s the ETA? stares at the email with the text awaiting review We have some blue posts commenting on the subject, but it's the usual non-commital stance, with a reminder that we'll be getting a big blog about balance somewhere around the PTR launch, explaining the balancing goals and policies of Diablo 3 now and in the future.Īny ETA on the blog post about game balance? When you put all that together, along with the usual PTR-to season launch timings so far, it seems inevitable we'll be seeing the next PTR up within 1, maximum 2 weeks, which is good news as we'll get to find out just what the two new sets will be, the new seasonal mechanic and new legendaries + tuning and more! We know that the plan is to have a 2 week-long PTR this time around to iron out a few more bugs and we know the post-season break is now also longer, around a week and a half, and the season itself will probably be around 3 months in total (including the season break). But the question now is when we'll find out more about Season 20, aka when the PTR will be coming. Season 19 is half way done and we have about a month and a half left to summon those Uber Diablos everyone is so fond of, gather angelic armies to kill rift guardians for us, and all the other killstreak-related shenanigans Nephalem get up to. Update: we now have the preliminary patch notes for Season 20, as well as a PTR start date you can check out here.
